Hola Amigos Return Policy and Terms of Service
REFUND POLICY
Refunds will not be issued for non-attendance at a scheduled class.
Refunds apply when the withdrawal of a student is received in writing 1 week prior to the start of any season.
Should Hola Amigos find it necessary to de-register a child, a refund will be issued after deduction for classes already attended.
A $20.00 administration fee will be applied to any refund issued.
CANCELLATIONS
If any class has insufficient enrollment Hola Amigos reserves the right to cancel the course or to offer the class with an adjusted tuition rate, length and/or number of class meetings.
DECLINED PAYMENT FEE
A $25 fee will be charged for all declined payments.
WITHDRAWAL POLICY
There is no long ‐term contract. To discontinue lessons and suspend automatic charges please notify us by email at info@holaamigos.org with the subject of DISCOUNTINUE and name of your child in writing one full month prior to the first of the month. Notice given to the instructor only (verbally or otherwise) and non‐attendance does not constitute withdrawal from lessons. If one full month withdrawal notice is not provided, the tuition and fees for the entire month are due and payable.
TRANSFER POLICY
Transfers will be accommodated within the same season as long as there is room in the class.
ARRIVAL & DISMISSAL POLICY
Parents/Caregivers must sign children in & out of programs that are open to the public. No child can be left unattended before class!
If your child is to be picked up by someone other than yourself, please provide a note to the Teacher. Children will not be released to anyone unknown to the Hola Amigos Teacher.
PHOTO RELEASE
Any photographs, audio or videos of students or families on Hola Amigos classes and events may be used in promotional publications, website or press releases. There will be no compensation for the release. If for any reason you do not want your child to participate please notify us in writing an email to info@holaamigos.org with the subject of NON-PHOTO RELEASES.
NON-DISCRIMINATION POLICY
Hola Amigos complies with all laws prohibiting discrimination in the conduct of its operations and programs. Hola Amigos admits students of any religion, race, color, national and ethnic origin to all rights, privileges, programs and activities generally accorded or made available to students at the school. It does not discriminate on the basis of religion, race, color, national and ethnic origin in the administration of its educational policies or programs.
